We were officially founded in 2007 to bring in our own brand: Sunray Solar. Our factory is adjacent to beautiful Taihu Lake, which is in Suzhou, JiangSu, China. Suzhou Solar specialized in serving solar PV system design and solar panels that guaranteed by our 25 years warranty. Our solar panels products cover the 5BB and 9BB series, power range widely from 5W to 600W. Our products have many certificates such as CE, TUV, SGS and so on.
1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
We export to most countries/regions (Centre/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, AU). We will check and confirm for you after you provide the region.
2: What about the lead time?
10 days for<200kW requirements, we need to negotiate if your needs ≥200kW.
3: How can I make payment?
100% TT or maximum we can accept 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon goods ready before shipment
4: What is the mode of transport?
International section is generally sea transport, after entry we will use multimodal transport of rail, barge.
5: what's the warranty?
12 years enhanced product warranty on materials and workmanship, 25 years linear power output warranty. More detail please refer to our limited warranty statement
